By accessing praxora.io (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

The Site is a pre-launch presentation for an upcoming product. No product or service is offered for sale here. The only action available is joining the waitlist.

3. Waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is non-binding on both sides. We are not obligated to offer you access; you are not obligated to accept it.
• Spots in the early-access cohort are not guaranteed.
• Product features, pricing, and timing may change before launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-copy Site content.
• Submit the waitlist form repeatedly or with automation.
• Probe, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Use the Site to harass or defame any person or entity.

5. Intellectual property

The Site content, layout, brand assets, and copy are the property of RODEAPPS SRL. You may not copy, modify, or republish Site content without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RODEAPPS SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability in any case is capped at €100. This limitation does not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
