The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@praxora.io. To help us help you faster, include:

• your Shopify store URL (the myshopify.com one);
• what you were trying to do;
• what happened instead, and (if visible) the time it happened.

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Bucharest. Outside those hours, we usually still read mail — just don't expect a same-hour reply.

Bugs and feature requests

Same address — support@praxora.io. Screenshots and the approximate time of the issue help us reconstruct what happened from our logs.

Security disclosure

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to security@praxora.io before disclosing publicly. We acknowledge reports within two business days. We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty programme, but we credit responsible disclosures on request.

Billing and subscriptions

Praxora Ads is billed through Shopify's Billing API. Plan changes, cancellations, and refunds run through your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Praxora Ads. If something looks off, support@praxora.io is the place to write.

Privacy and data requests

GDPR / CCPA / LGPD access, correction, and deletion requests go to privacy@praxora.io. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and the legal basis. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request to the same address.
